It has come to our attention that some of our dealers may have received an email containing fraudulent ACH payment information, requesting immediate payment of past due invoices. The email in question included a letter supposedly signed by our President, Jim Connell, and falsely stated that we updated our payment information effective August 23rd, 2024.
Please be aware that these emails are not from BioFit, and the payment information provided is fraudulent. We urge you to take the following precautions:
- Do not make any payments based on these emails.
- Verify any payment requests by contacting our office directly at 800-597-0246.
- Report any suspicious emails to us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
BioFit will never request payment or provide updated account information via email without prior communication. Your safety and the security of your business are our top priorities.
